Puppy Purchase Terms

  • Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit ensures your selection and will be applied to the total purchase price.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of pick up if you’re using cash or Venmo . If you’re using a flight nanny or if you’re using Zelle the remaining balance will be due 4 business days prior to pick up.

  • Breeding Rights: All puppies are sold as companion pets only without breeding/full rights unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy if we believe it’s in the best interest of the animal.

Health Guarantee

  • Veterinary Check: Each puppy undergoes a health examination by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new home, receives their initial vaccines, and their Florida Health Certificate.

  • Health Warranty: We refer to the specific language within our contract that you will sign prior to placing the deposit.

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: Buyers must have their puppy examined by their veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the puppy. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee.

Privacy Policy

  • Information Collection: We collect personal information such as names, addresses, and contact details solely for the purpose of processing inquiries and transactions.

  • Data Protection: Your personal information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Communication: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your inquiry or purchase.

Media Release

  • Use of Images: We may use photos and videos of our puppies for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. We retain the copyright to any photos taken of the puppy while in our home/care.

  • Client Photos: With your permission, we may share pupdates / updated photos you provide of your puppy in their new home.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Pickup: We encourage local pickup to ensure a smooth transition for the puppy.

  • Delivery Options: Delivery can be arranged at the buyer’s expense. All delivery methods are discussed and agreed upon prior to the puppy leaving our care.

  • Travel Safety: We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the puppy during transit.

Contract Agreement

  • Written Agreement: All sales are accompanied by a written contract outlining the terms of the sale, health guarantee, and responsibilities of both parties.

  • Acknowledgment: By purchasing a puppy from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.
